Re-Add Server Backups

if it was automatic, no manpower was needed to do it, why stop?

The issue was that it made the servers lag, which was true at one point but if I recall correctly it was eventually fixed. If it wasn't, it should just be fixed instead of completely removed.

Or at the very least the backups could be done any time within the 6-10 hours each day that the playercount is minimal. Heck, even if that were done weekly it would be acceptable -- pick a day.

I wonder if Stefan did full copies each time, or if he did incremental backups...
