Would be fine if it worked, of course it would have to just be projectiles not area or cone spells, i could see it reflecting perhaps 5 - 10% of projectiles.

Actually tower shield is meant to reflect missiles which in GK language is bows and crossbows, also doesn't work and would also be a little bit weird with arrows rebounding off it and flying back

even if it did block arrows, thats useless. the day i die from a bow.. oh yeah storm, but besides his, the only thing arrows do to me is disrupt casting.

To the one that gave me bad rep, and didn't care to leave there name for this post stating that a reflect cloak wouldn't be Op'd because you'd lose Comp or dex cloak.

You're ignorant, do you know how many people do not need the extra amount of ac, or dex? Compare that to a sanctuary-like cloak.
