The problem with PSPs is the low data transfer rates and the current games with network features only work with Ad-Hac and are not using a router to connect to the internet.

For pretty similar reasons you could never make an online game for the DS. It's a shame, really Not something like Graal, anyways, where it needs to constantly send lots of data back and forth.
