It's not really illegal so the GDT/PWA can't just come on and force them to change it, but I believe this is a good idea to bring up to SlikRick or Abjorn.

I wouldn't go that far either, but it's forbidden, and a change can be enforced. If it'll be reverted by N-Pulse administration again, N-Pulse can and probably will be taken off of the server list.

The PWA can certainly force them to change it, and if they actually are replacing sprites.png, I would expect the PWA to fix that very quickly now that it's been brought to their attention.
