Yes I have resigned. As much time, money, and love I've put into N-Pulse (for 6+ years) I have to recognize went to step down, as any responsible individual in a leadership position should. Life gets in the way, etc etc.
Kay will not be on her own. I will continue to give her advice and guide her through her new management stage.
