Sounds like he's restoring from a backup and doing point-in-time recovery from the binary log. Or just going through and manually editing everything.

If the wiki database was just queried by a different user than the support center database this could have been avoided.

Well, hopefully it's back soon, it's actually somewhat useful when developing.
