Not neccessarily. Alterations can be made without resetting. And appropriate compensation issued (although compensation can be ignored since players would probably given a choice on what they wish to spec in).

A reset would most likely lower the player count allot more I would think.

It wouldn't. Just need to add a new level (job level) something like that. That gains unique exp.

Anyway, since Soala suggested it, and he is part of the GDT. Why not appoint him as the project manager for this? Give him debug access and let him get some people together to start producing these graphics we need.
