I supplied a website that has screenshots on it. It's a simple concept, you go to the site, then click on screenshots on the menu. Its amazing what php can do!

So, being on topic, you are saying you can't take it seriously at that moment that a server is hiring?
You also think a server that is up and you've seen people on, and I believe you have even been on yourself is a giant joke? People are just playing and wasting money for fun? It's not real? What are you trying to infer in a hiring topic for a server?
