Quite a good tutorial.
Does the job and does it well, a little too wordy for my liking but I suppose it is intended for all audiences, maybe space it out a little? Although I'm sure this would be done for the wiki.

Here are the two rc skins I've created. The first skin has new buttons and is the skin I'm using now and the second skin has a new background and buttons but I don't like it as much as the first skin.

Was looking for this today, ended up downloading the pack in a different thread but for the default background specs it's: 476 x 160 pixels.
