Pretty sure you are leaving out a majority of the story. If any manager did that, he would have been removed on the spot.

well he said give me jenn myspace i said no he said well aim me when u want to talk and ban me then asking for hacks. Once Houdiniman found it he told Ocelot that he has 2 options quit or hes getting fired so he quit thats why he left when he did.

Rave is actually not exaggerating that story. Rave, you are wrong about one thing though. It was actually Bell who had a go at him for it I believe, but mostly for the fact that he was being silly with the ban system rather than pinning it as a cause for removal situation since it was 1 person in 1 situation of it's kind, not like it happened all the time with him which would have been a different story. HoudiniMan stepped in at a later time and gave Ocelot the ultimatum you mentioned, but that was on a separate occasion.

Rick ?? didn't thought he took era off the classic list made a completely new era and got it back on the classic list. Rick actually got era back on the right direction after jenn screw it up ect

If you try to bypass fixing them by creating newer forms. You'd most likely face problems which the original method prevented / didn't have.

Possibly because every game relies on code in its roots. On Graal, we don't have to care about the whole engine crap, but I still see the coding part as the most important. Most gameplay affecting bugs are caused by code, sometimes levels and rarely images. New features need to be coded. And if you can't build on a system because it's spread over the whole server for whichever reason, it sucks, and has to be redone to allow better workflow in the future.

That may be so, but in Era's case it depends on what their overall intents are.
Is it to solidify the server to allow a better work flow in the future? Or is it to appease the players?

I hope its the both or the second one

. Seeing as even if they cleanup all the scripts, if they're simply doing what they've always done... I doubt players are going to be as "appreciative" as scripters like say, you.
