Now that 1.6mil has been taken out, The economy seems very nice!
I mean srsly Price have really really dropped everywhere!
All we got to do now is auction off the Egg roll shack
for another 1mil
and we should be good! imo

lol EggRoll Shack will not be auction i was promise by owners/business admin and everybody even globals know if eggroll shack ever comes out i will be owner unless they remove the content i supply them for EggRoll Shack to be honest i doubt it will ever come out but if it does then it wont be auction off

You could make the Casino a Player Owned business and give it out.

The Owner can set the chance of winning money, but the winners of the casino get the money out of the safe of the business. If there's no money in the safe, they can't even start playing.

That'd be awesome.

Setting the chance of winning isn't very straight-forward. It's not just a percentage.

i doubt it, you would have solved the problem. this is just a temporary fix, until corrupt staff destroy the economy again by giving out weapons/money to their "cewl grawl buddies". then these people resell the gun for a retarded price and pretty soon its gonna be screwed again.

People like you are the kind of people that just get in the way of progress by spreading stupid rumors like that. None of the current staff team has given out weapons/money to their "cewl graal buddies". Unless you can back up your statements, don't make accusations. It makes you look like a jerk. The reason the economy is destroyed is mostly from duping, not from spawning (or at least while I've worked here).

Well a big part was from "spawning" I heard. Jess giving out money that was in the auction safe etc...

I totally agree with you tho, being negative won't get Era anywhere.

I don't know a whole lot about the history of Era's staff teams, but I know from the time I've worked here, there hasn't been any significant spawning.

I remember back then, some guy paid for Era's Dev server, and then he got a job as a GANI artist or something with alot of rights, and soon he spawned ALOT of cash and gave it out. He was fired, but I think the Era Dev Server he paid for stayed. A rollback happend too though.

the guy that paid for the dev server never had an RC so I don't know what you're talking about.

the person that spawned all the cash I believe was Mesh, and that was way after my days in power.

Icarus and I were the only ones who could add RC at that time and I'm more than sure the person (I won't say his name) that paid for our dev server never had an RC. there was also never a rollback during Jack's management. the situation you're talking about is with Mesh. that's when the server came off of the server list to rollback and we all found out it was Mesh but they tried to hide it.

Mesh didn't spawn money though nor did he give out money. Mesh only took items from peoples houses who didn't play anymore.

you have to realize that the last time Era reset was January of 2007. that is 2 1/2 years ago. how long have you been staff? a few months? just because the current staff team full of little innocent angels hasn't done anything to hurt the economy doesn't mean it didn't happen in the past with previous staff.

Just shut up about the economy! It may be fixed now but just watch, everything will just mess up again. NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO, it will just go back down to crap.
Reason being is because of players being greedy. If a player is selling a gun originally worth 20k, he might want 30k for it, players will take note of this and start to think of it being worth more etc. The only solution to this is having SET prices;i.e. you cant sell a gun worth 20k for 30k, it must be in the range of 15k-25k.

I do remember the glitch abuse where the server would lag with stefan doing something at 3PM EST all the time allowed players to dupe their weapons, and that happened during when Icarus was incharge because the ecomony went sky high in Icarus's management, guns rse to 1mill and above due to the duping. Mesh took items out of people's houses only, he didn't spawn any **** or cause the ecomony to screw worse.

Maybe the locker place should be auctioned off, and when ever an employee sells a locker they get paid at the end of the week for however many lockers they booked (like the hotel). Then only make one big locker company so the owner is running around to all three. It will be nice to have a playerowned locker company. Not only that but, the auction price will help us out alot. We should also make certain rules regarding your timelimet to buying a locker, maybe only 1 month or so. And that way their will always be lockers for sale, no need on paying 10k for locker. It would be great.

The problem with your idea is that it keeps money in the economy. If player ran businesses are to be made, they need to take money out of the economy.

has it ever occurred to you that maybe, just MAYBE there were staff that had set attributes before Deo/Sales' management? just because only 4 people have set attributes right now doesn't mean there weren't plenty of other previous staff members that had it. yes, duping was a huge contributing factor towards the downfall of the economy but it's not the only one.
