Well, the way the team was structured was very simple, we had 3 main developers, Marcus, Angel and, Stryke. These developers are very capable and didn't really require additional help. Marcus is very perfectionist and thus, it makes sense that he doesn't hire other lats if he doesn't think they are fit for the job. Marcus remade the whole gmap at least 5 times in record time, I doubt he actually needed any help.

I think Stryke would be a good manager but, neither him or Name can work with each other and thus, he is not hireable as Name has the last word on it.

Overall the ex-staff team was one of the best staff teams I've seen in a UC server.
