Era Hotel Auction

Congratulations mcgyver3 (Graal734465) for winning the auction with a $1,600,000 bid!

We will be auctioning off Era Hotel again because it is currently being run by a staff member, and there is no suitable replacement.

A new floor has been added to the hotel as well, so hopefully it will get more business and more rooms will be available for players.

The owner will be under strict surveillance by Amsel, so do not bid if you cannot run the business properly.

The auction will last approximately 24 hours, maybe longer if needed. Thanks, and good luck!

Know that if you win and you have to be removed or replaced for some reason, you will receive no refund.

Maybe someone started selling all his stuff pretty cheap to get pure cash, so he can buy the Hotel.

In the past, it was also very common for groups of players to pool money and allow one individual to bid for the group.

I raged, but its my own fault for losing the hotel.

I hope the new owner doesn't do the same mistakes like I did. And I must say, the basement floor to the hotel was outstanding thanks to Tim. Cheers to the new owner!

Staff thought the bid wouldn't go over a mil and also thought they knew who had the most money they were pretty sure of it to, till mcgyver pulled ahead showing he had over a mil in his houses safe, they got mad said it was being used to dupe money and removed safes from every house but let everyone keep the money bid was 1.6mil by mcgyver last I checked
