I am working on the first player settlement now
It's heavily WIP as I just started half an hour ago, but I wanted to upload a late night update

I am seeing forward to comments and constructive criticism!

Maybe, but there will be more blue houses in that settlement, so you can wait to take the house, which fit's you the best.
