Custom malware is p. unlikely to be detected by antivirus software because it pretty much never becomes a big enough deal for the security show business to actually bother including it into signature files or whatever.

If your IQ is over 42, you will run the cheat tools in a virtual machine or at least on a user account with limited privileges.
