Why are PPA guns not tag-locked?

DC-9 isn't a shipka,it's a decent weapon due to his spread but that's all,and ppa is active (from my point of view since i get hired a lot,just look at my ppa stats)i agree with you on one thing,there's some members who doesn't do anything in ppa but they still use the guns,i don't think tag-locking the guns would fix anything,we should just fire the members who doesn't do anything.

What about the guns being able to used off tag?

Why would you need to use them off tag, to pk? Aren't they used to do BUSINESS, if you PPA agents are hella active? Not to talk about you could buy every gun after duping money, haha
