When you click on the person you want to bounty it shows the kills and deaths of the person, then somehow there could be a minimum price for that person.. it would be more $ for a better ratio and lower for a crapy one

My kills-to-death ratio is superior to that of Wil's, but I am far from being a better player than he is.
