the guy who will get hired would probably get private nc.

It's not as simple as that. As far as I know, there's not an abundance of graal scripters (ones familiar enough to be able to handle this kind of stuff, anyway) out there. Not to mention, the way things are going, I don't think people are going to bother putting effort into the server unless they are sure that it will survive.
