Thank you!!!! UN, delteria, N-Pulse are all examples of basically everything Classic could have been but never took that direction. The development never took on projects that were needed.

I'm definitely okay with the current staff staying where they are, just want them to listen to their players requests.

As it's been said before, this is NOT the first time players have requested it in the last few years. -.-

I don't know why they aren't continuing to pursue it. Develop things that will attract new players and keep exsiting players. Things such as events, an economy, tournies, and more. -.-

DarkCloud you're making this a fight about who's right and who's wrong. This is a fight about Classic staying Classic with it's HD.

Add new content to keep players happy and attract new players. Since when has any of this happened?

And if you mention the Trading Cards as an example, so help me...

The server was dying long before we lost default HD.
The server continued dying afterwards, at about the same pace as before the HD switch, maybe a little faster but not by much, after that it just had its ups and downs.

Clearly if the server was dying at a similar rate both before the HD swap and after it, obviously the HD swap wasn't much of a factor in the first place.

Too bad you'll completely ignore that and just continue to tell me that I have no point when I can't possibly lay this out for you any easier. You're either too blinded or too retarded to comphrend things, and just want to clutch onto your HD debate, no matter what logic, no matter what history, no matter what actual events say otherwise.

Just because you think something is true and hold onto it reaaaally hard, doesn't make it true.
HD isn't the primary problem Classic has.

Classic is not the same game at all. Same name, that's it. The GAME was sparring and PKing for me. Hense the HD system.

A better analogy for you is:

Your best friend gets really doped up on drugs and comes out like Steve-o, bless his heart.

You'll be there to help pick up the peices but you have to let them take their own course and offer help along the way.

Classic took a wrong direction because of the Development (DarkCloud and Master Storm.)

Now I'm here along with others offering to help be that friend and help, so to speak.

This is true, but not for the reason you think. It has everything to do with the fact that the systems are a webbed mess with no structure or logic behind them. CTF is an epic game. That is improvment. Well done, but keep in mind I am the one who started this poll and I don't think you're useless by any means. you want the wrong turn in development? its the constant dev admins that go back and redo everything the old one made, and repeating that cycle for 4 years.

The fact remains that classic's current HD sucks, but it is far from our only problem. We need a dedicated staff team that will work on all of our problems, not just the HD. Whether we bring back the old HD or not, it is going to take a lot of work and a long time. Some of you have volunteered to help. Congrats and good luck.

There is no debate AT ALL whether default systems should be put back or not. It's what is needed. The HD issue is the biggest concern that we even have people fighting about switching the HD over in events that it creates such a ruckus. I have no clue why Night made the toggable HD's but it's in now and it will cause a lot of *****ing to take it out.

DC, I've said before people aren't using the default hd ares because the server is NOT in default. That makes no sense just to go to Classic and use their default hd when their events are on some other HD.

As far as levels go, you already know the deal on it. Quests can be converted but as far as the whole overworld, thats asking too much.

Tyhm isn't versed with Classic's systems at all.
He is still learning GS2, and probably wouldn't be able to make out half of whats going on.
