Let's not hire someone who would be bad at the job, therefor it will have to be people we trust can do it good, which is mostly oldies, and also someone that can make sense when speaking to them.

I'm sorry but a lot of you who claim to be 16+ don't act nor type like a mature young adult. Your punctuation and grammar are of a primary school standard. Though I can't say much for myself since I'm only 14 but at least I know how to use punctuation

I would much rather a old player who played four years ago and had quit for two or three, then have any of the modern players as a ET.

Basically what your saying is if Crono (best ET ever) or Huwa wanted their positions back you wouldn't allow them to have it since they hadn't been on zone for years? I think not. The greatest of all time have quit but yet you'd deny them a position? Though they'd be the best for zone. Not directed at Jesse but at whom ever posted about not hiring someone who had quit for years.

I don't know about hiring them if they haven't played at all for a few years. They would have to catch up what's happened so far and prob get to know the community before I would hire them. It'd be kinda wierd to just hire them without them knowing anything/anyone and then regret it later because they've changed or they abuse the new people they dislike.

Though your post is directed at Revo, I would like to respond saying that I would not hire either of them.

I would look at Huwajux differently having been a Zone ET and one of my trusted buddies. He would need to prove to me that he was going to take the job seriously and continue to be active on Zone.

No sense hiring someone if their just going to fool around and log on once in a blue moon.

I would like to remind you that English is not some people's native language. I consider it quite an accomplishment that some of them are able to speak at the level they speak at, as learning another language can be difficult for many people.

I know I can't speak Dutch or Spanish anywhere near a primary school standard, but I would still try to improve. I encourage them to keep trying because the practice makes perfect.

The majority of the older players were a lot more mature and trustworthy. I'm not saying I'd hire an Oldbie just because. I just mean to say an oldbie who plans to be active has a higher chance then a newbie who is active.

I agree with you popper. at first when I began to play has graal, i just knew the words "hello" and "goodbye" xD, today I know about it more,by watching players write in English. And what was nasty is to watch for people as tenchry to say " noob french, bad english... " Instead of corrected the faults of the person.

No, just no.That's far from being right. People mature at different rates. Age doesn't realy matter too much. It just so happens people judge maturity by your age, though that's not how it realy works.

I've met 12-13 year olds that can act more mature then a 18 year old. You'll never even guess he/she is that young.

Remember when we barely had any events? Maybe once every month or so, even the little events weren't hosted this often, everyone was fine with it. I know people who are young and at the same time mature.

i think the way the event were being hosted before were fine, because there was a better community we actually played zone the way it was ment to be, no laming, just normal iricia, taking bases and huge fights at b1. Now with that gone, people need events. It also reduced the ammount of RPs and BPs around because only one of these were being hosted a month. But they were permanent.

really? because the majority of 12-13 year olds i've met on graal are immature. those over the age of 16 usually are old enough to know better, and have a bit of maturity. sure; people are mature at different rates, but by the time they're 16, their maturity rate is usually greater than the younger ages. i'd rather have an ET hosting an event that was 16 than 13. and yes, there is 12 and 13 year olds that are more mature than 16 year olds, that's why i said,
