If I had to choose, I'd definitely go with IXI, Supernanny, Mike, Huwajux, Puppy, Anubis, and... hmm, that's it.
Those are the only people I'd trust with being an ET. Most people don't understand how much they'd be tempted and, probably would, abuse.

Compared to what I believe other people would do, I don't think what they've done is hardly anything. Of course, I don't know the whole story for IXI and Anubis. Plus they also know how to handle situations (except Puppy, he's just cool ) and are/were relatively active members of the community and didn't put [too much] negativity into things.
And yes, by Mike I mean Dante. I know he abused a whole lot (and then got mad at other people when they abused ) but he was still great.

Personally I define abuse as using ET commands to benefit yourself or others, examples:
-Giving you or players items they didn't earn
-Avoiding Death
-Gaining Kills
But you could also include unfair punishment as well.
