New Biz Admin

Ok. Lately I have had some new hats designed for my business "Vengeance Radio." And "Daz"(current Business Admin for Era) has been saying hes not going to upload even one of them. It is unfair how we can't have some hats for sale. The main base is to have nice hats for the newbis. Its only going to be 500$ which is really afordable and it would give people a chance to stock for a average wage of 20$ per stock and 100 grabs.
Its unfair how the other businesses can get their ways but not me for so I decided to make a poll on a New Business Admin. I want everybody to vote and this is free of mind. It is to show if we want a new business admin or keep the same and never get a chance to do anything. I like him in all as a friend but he is really an ******* for the most stupidest reason. Please vote now.

As much as i hate daz. he is a fair guy. he should keep Biz admin. if you think hes unfair chances are its related to a personal grudge. he treats every one the same. look at my past and what i did to era when he was manager. yet he still speaks nicely to me and that is why im always willing to make graphics for him.

why is business admin and gang admin separated?

both combined is already bad enough, but there is no need to split it up. these are the types of jobs that are created for an excuse to give someone power. at least keep it to 1 person.

And you have to understand that a LOT of radio companies sell t-shirts and hats.

So if a band plays music does that mean they are not entitled to selling merchandise?

I don't know this Daz character but atleast ONE hat that would be pretty cheap, about $50, would help any business get some cash for it's workers.

Well, Even though It's a nice idea for a radio Station to sell Fan hats... If Daz doesnt let you upload them It's not really a big issuea like to kick him off.

Sorry but I'd say Daz is fine x.xbesides, he's helping alot with Era News, EgRoll shack and Neo-Tech,.

I beg to differ, a radio station should be focused on what they are supposed to do. They shouldn't be cashing in on hats. You might as well add the hat to the hat store if you're going to do that, since everyone will have one. It should be focused on playing music, the hat idea for Staff is a nice idea to distinguish the Staff but it's not necessary.

I don't see why a radio station needs hats also. Daz is doing a fine job and what you want make no sense. It seems to me that you just want more money and you think hats would be able to do that for you.

Well you have to also understand hats can be used for advertising, I guess it wouldn't make a big impact but if he's the one who is making the hat and distributing he should have the ability to do it. I mean he could also give away a free hat every Saturday or something to improve viewers.

Not saying there should be hats sold at a radio but where do you think real life radio stations make money? Merchandise and advertisements.

Radio stations already sell guns from their HQ.
Stop trying to exaggerate things its pretty obvious its just HATS we aren't setting up deals for the radio stations to start giving out car rentals.

Anyways Daz is a great Admin. He doesnt ignore a single PM, doesnt matter how stupid it is. Whereas GC tended to not respond back or not even read them. Daz has uploaded 2 floors to hotel, and done alot of work.

Radio's were suppose to be non profit, although i agree they should have a little income. When i worked at ignition radio, i practiced making commericals by using programs that say what i type; so i had a commerical for Dairy Hut that would be played. You could have Dh and such pay u to do so. Or you could do shout outs or something; idk GET creative

See... my goal is for people to spread the word and give lucky prizes with free hats in the prize, or a car, or even a nice gun. Its my idea that isn't it in just for the money. I've did this before. Its in it for the people. If yall don't relize that then **** you. You need to think of what if you owned a radio and then you've already had hats made and ready and can't have them uploaded. Its not fair how that occars but thats why I put up this poll. GC was nicer than him and I want GC back for sure!

Exactly my point, i told him yesterday that no ones getting any hat's uploaded because they are either recolours and cause far too much arguments and screws up the ecomony worse. He's basically trying to make money off the radio station, if you don't like that radio stations don't make much money because they are a business that people do for fun then i suggest i'll have to find a new owner for that station. Someone who acually cares about the business other than money.

I understand about merchandise for the radio station, if we had some sort of system to add tshirts to our characters etc then i would allow tshirts and other things to be sold in the radio station as merchandise but hats have always caused so much arguments. This is how it went in the past:

Uploads a new hat for player > Player keeps it for awhile then decides to sell it for loads as it's a rare hat > People then ask for their hats to be uploaded and recolour hats allready made > Carry on process.

Why give radios hats? i mean comon make a body with an advertisement on it, or a head or shield... Or maybe ask staff to add a little sign somewhere on era for advertisement. But if you sell hats, thats where all your money comes from. Not the radio itself.

I didn't read most of these posts, but did you pay for the radio station? If not, then you shouldn't receive a profit for any additional merchandise you try and advertise.

Shouldn't have made the hats before then huh? And i doubt its a very detailed hat that it took longer than 10 min....

Also when I said two floors, i should have included the other work he has done, stuff that i was originally asking to done every day non stop. And thats just the hotel, hes done plenty for others. Your business was for free, so stop complaining. You have your own building, which i don't understand why.

You are blowing this way out of proportion..... Really all of this because you can not make a profit from your "fun" biz?

The only thing that will happen is you lose VR, and its not hard to find a owner for a radio place IMO.

Ummm, this is Graal's forums, and Era is part of graal.

If it were a user owned forum then you would be able to say what you like without getting in trouble (as long as it was not the official forums for the server), but here you can get in trouble for what you say.

CatMater, Era News gets no profit and the workers there have to work harder than u have too. All you do is go to some site and type in a song ex: "Just Dance" and bam your work is done..
