I finally, AFTER AN ENTIRE MONTH AND A WEEK OF WAITING, get a response from ibo on the support center, yet its for the wrong ticket. He replied to my first ticket a month ago and has still never done anything, then I post a ticket last night and its already been viewed and nothing has been done. WHAT IS THE DAMN DEAL? I swear, if real companies had graals support center they would FAIL. Has anyone out there even sent in a support ticket recently and been resolved? They nheed to hire an extra person with Ibo's rights to help him or something. |
