Well guys, I've had this idea for about a year now, I want to see what you guys think about it.


Gang Name: Molte Vite

Leaders: Undecided

We are a hybrid/ mix of a street gang and an Italian Mafia. We pk like a street gang, but we have a direct connection to the Mafia, and we dress like mobsters. We also Role-play as well.

Gun wise, I was thinking a Benelli Nova Tactical or a FABARM SAT-8 with a sling gani similar to the one of the Neo Rifle.

I already have bodies completed as well.

I know who will lead it. It needs to be uploaded first though. There is no assurance that it's becoming a gang.

the gang weapon i conjured up has never been performed on era. It's not a gun, and it's not really a "concrete" object. It's a magical orb. The orb contains powerful attacks, but is useless in the hands of a "non-shadow runner." the orb can cast magical energy blasts, or powerful novas to attack surrounding enemies. The orb has a slight chance to block an attack, but the user must be idle in order to block an incoming attack. Each orb can be altered (color-wise). In total, there are 3 orb colors to choose from; dark purple, black, and navy. The orb does not run off of any form of ammo, but rather energy. Not core energy, but concrete energy that is available for purchase at the shadow runner's base. The exclusive gang weapon that i have chosen, is the rune blade. The rune blade is a very powerful weapon that can be simultaneously equipped with the magical orb. The rune blade is exclusive, as there will be only 5 in existence. It has a slight chance to cast a "dark entity" on it's opponent, making their vision dark for but a mere second or so.

Some of these ideas aren't half bad. Half.

Others are ridiculous and without logic. But, with Era and guns that shoot over walls; I can't say I'm too surprised.

1) Coronel is higher than Private in the army
2) De Facto is a dumb leader rank
3) Commander usually commands everyone, but apparently he's lower than Squad Leaders

You seem to be clueless about the actual definition of certain ranks. Most of them need to be rearranged.

Alright, I apologize guys. Next time I'll submit an idea based off of the "Italian Mafia" for the 100th time. It seems like that's the only gang that receives support.

I never said I supported an Italian Mafia theme. To be honest, I haven't read any of the gang ideas posted in this thread.

When I say original, I mean something that hasn't been done before. An idea might be similar to something in real life or maybe in a different game, but as long as it's new to Era that's all that matters to me. Just because it has a different gang name or different ranks doesn't really mean it's original. People should stop trying to base there gang around generic themes such as mafias or police type gangs. I'm sure there's a few other overused themes that I can't think of right now also.
