Account is Ryuin, and the nick is Lance. I would be using SaintLance but it is now a trial, and I do not wish to pay for it so I'll be using Ryuin from now on.
2. A name and complete rank system for the gang (this is a very important step, don’t half ass it.

3. Your theme you wish to accomplish
A courtroom theme, something that has never been presented before.
4. Any ideas on the base itself or lack of base. Be unique; don't be like BH/BB/LC
The unused court house, the one that is upper right from the Casino.
5. The gang weapon you'd like to receive. I'd love it if you stayed away from the whole gun aspect and went a different route such as an explosive or something very different from the rest. Can be a gun, but needs to fit the theme.
The Arbitrator, it would be a briefcase with a built in sub machine gun, the damage would be 15 with the same fire rate as a M16 but the same spread as the P90, so basically a M16 with less damage and more spread. But the real kicker is it would also have a built in grenade launcher to make up for the bad damage on the sub machine gun. It would fire grenades, such as the ones from Ammo Mart, the petrol from Gun Point, and the Concussion Grenades from Pyrotech. Not only would it be good for the businesses but it'd also have a use for ALL of the explosives that not alot of people use on a everyday basis. It's not going to use the raw explosives either, the explosives would be used for the grenade shells for the grenade launcher. Petrol for gas shells, the Concussion grenades for smoke shells, and the Grenades and Stielhand for explosive shells.
6. Any rules by which your members will have to go by. I want gangs to start doing more than just hiring a bunch of people to raid, I want them to actually try to organize themselves and have some sort of ranking system made where people work for a ranks and have RULES they MUST follow. But the gang has to be unique and lead well, otherwise who'd care enough to stick around for a rank?
If a low rank wants a higher rank, they will have to present their case to all of the recruiters and above. Such as if for example a Guard wanted to be a Court Artist. They'd have to give reasons as to why they should be the Court Artist, I was hoping for the item system that Ninja uses for ranks to be implemented as well. If it is used, I would like to have the items I.D cards. It will also be mandatory for everyone to Role Play, I don't feel like having Ninja being the only role playing gang out there.
The rules would be almost the same as any courtroom. You cannot accuse another gang member of doing something unless you have THE proof that they did so. So as scamming you or your friend, and because the gang will be a more lawful type, scamming, mass pming saying another gang sucks or deserves to be deleted, and any other form of disrespect and such is not tolerated. If people gang hop, I will instantly remove them and black list them.
7. Tell me exactly why you think your idea should be uploaded. I want to know your reasoning for your gang. I want to know each and every detail you can give me so I can make a complete decision on it or tell you what needs fixed.
Because I believe that a courtroom gang has not yet been proposed to you yet, but that's going based on nothing. It would also use the courtroom, which has not been used for too much. It will give players a chance to play the better side of a gang instead of a bandit or mercenary or ninja, playing as a courtroom you cannot just be that one "guy". It takes a group to complete things, not a one man army.
EDIT: Here's the back story, because people were confused as to why people from a courtroom would go out and kill people.
All of Era is filled with nothing but criminals(PKers) and there is no law or even a conduct to be follow along with everyone. The courtroom has lost it's own purpose, even though they still believe laws should be followed. So, everyone involved with the courts decided to take the law into their own hands and to dish out sentences the only way they know how to deal with murderers. By killing and shooting them, of course this contradicts their own rules and morals but sometimes you have to fight fire with fire. |
