Temp File?

Usually, when I would download the Graal client from the website, I would recieve the folders, all the files, etc. But now when I download the file from the new website, it just places it in a temporary internet folder so everyone time I close Graal, I have to download it again before I start playing.

I have Windows Vista and G4.

When you run the installer, change the location of where your wanting the files to be downloaded to. I'd suggest putting it in your Program Files folder. This should fix your problem.

Look at the 'Destination' in my attached images if your having trouble understanding.

Does this solve your issue?

1. So I go to graalonline.com and click on downloads:

2. Click on "Graal Game Client for Windows" and "Accept Licence Agreement"

http://i364.photobucket.com/albums/o...g?t=1232076836

3. Message box comes up to download and I click "Run"

http://i364.photobucket.com/albums/o...g?t=1232077142

4. It's start to download the client. Notice how it says "Downloading to temporary folder"

Client comes up saying file[3] etc. and asks for approval from Symantec.

This might be because your disk space is getting low, and in that case downloads are sent to temporary internet files to reserve the space you have left. Downloaded items go to the browser cache first and are then copied to the desired user selected destination. Redirect the Temporary Internet Files folder to another drive.

Internet Options> General> Temporary Internet Files> Settings: Move. This way the cached download (which deletes as soon
as the copy to final destination is completed) and the final copy will both
go to a drive with adequate space.

I suggest downloading and using FireFox as your browser, if you haven't thought about it already. You can fix your problem easier using that.

Did this work for you?

If that did not work, this should definitely fix it for Internet Explorer. I'm sure you know, but the problem was Internet Explorers download destination. I still suggest FireFox.

1) Start Regedit (If you have no idea what this is, use your computers search option and type it 'Regedit' and open it.)
2) Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ Software \ Microsoft \ Internet Explorer.
3) Right click Internet Explorer, then choose to 'Add a String value' called Download Directory. For it's value, enter in the Directory where you want your downloaded files to go, refer to example below.

Example:
