Computer Approval..again?
At the login screen, graal tells me that I need to approve my computer before I login in. When I open my e-mail and try to approve my computer, I get this message from the Graal Online website.

ERROR WHILE PROCESSING SUBMISSION:
An error occured in the confirm process : "notrequested". Please Try Later.

The only thing that's different with my computer, is that I put Windows Vista Ultimate os in replace of my Windows XP os.

So now after little over 10 years, I can't play graal anymore?! Please help.

Well, your PCID will change if you make any major system changes or change certain system files. If your account is protected then you will need to get your new PCID added in to the allow list for your account.

If you're having problems with the website then you should file a support ticket on http://support.graalonline.com/ in the account section.

I had the exact same problem. Ibonic fixed it in about a day after making a ticket.

Well, almost been aweek with the ticket..my ticket hasn't been viewed yet and I'd like to get back into Graal Online..under my account, not as Guest XD

I had the same problem when I upgraded to Vista Ultimate, the way I got it fixed was I checked my email with my blackberry and clicked on the approve link through it.
Blackberries... FTW!

I did try with my cell, and firefox.. I clicked on the link, it gave me that error message. I even typed it in manuelly, same message..

You could always forum PM Ibonic with your ticket ID and ask if he can check it.

I've approved the id and have also increased the time the user has to approve the id (it was limited to only one day before).
