You don't even have to keep this for after the reset. You can make it as simple as possible if you want honestly.... anything to make it easy on the scripter.

I don't care as long as it's close to what I wrote or better.

Personally I think this will work better than what we have and promote new players to stay.

Thats why I like it also, gangs right now only add people who are awesome at pk or have lots of money and stuff to give out (thats probably not right now but it used to be.) This would let new players be able to pretty much jump right in instead of amassing 1000 hours of deaths to get good enough to get a postive k/d and get added to a gang hopefully

Yep, it doesn't take long for them to die with the current system. I hope tog et ahold of Crow tomorrow to ask him about this system and if he can possibly script it. Until then I'll have to get on some asses here.
