By the looks of things... The two little prong things open up, then a blue lightnighting beam comes shooting out. I personally feel it would look better mounted on a vehicle.
But then the vehicle would have to be of equal standard in terms of graphics. Imagine seeing that beautiful GFX stuck on top of a poor, textureless jeep.
