1000 hours isn't too many hours for these rewards! that's the whole point! if we made it 100 hours everyone would have pet birds, but if it's only 1000 hour people, it will only be a few ppl, and it will encourage others to play more.

you know, i am very athletically active. i play baseball, football, golf, and basketball annually.

some of us people with no lives prefer the company of machines rather than people also... i see no problem with that at all. and tons of people already have 500 hours so that is stupid. those of us who signed up for an account early and play a lot deserve a little something extra i think.
