Hey, How long does it usually take for a global guild to be activated?

Depends, if the administration check the guilds often then you can hope for your guild to be activated very soon, else you just have to wait.
There is no exact time.

For exemple, for my guild Harmony it took 2 weeks

Oh and make sure you got at least 10 members or it can't be activated.

I created a guild a few weeks ago and I got 10 members within the same day and it was approved the day after.

All the global guilds I've ever had, and those I helped create by joining, was all created within 24 hours of reaching 10 players.

Aha. It was approved. Day after 10 members.

i got enough players for my global guild (<3) and then i waited for it to get activated, and instead it got suspended but i don't know why

Because in a certain light <3 can be taken as both an anti-graal statement and support for the socialist party.

Fairly sure it's because the < letter isn't allowed in guild names.
