On a side note, to everyone else posting in this thread, we've got a whole team of developers. Just because you may not like their personalities doesn't mean they can't develop. Yes, Andrew is a very valuable developer, but it's not like Era's going to die without him, or that we'll no longer be able to progress, lol.

Extremely doubtful. HM isn't as bad as some people make him out to be.

You don't just promote a dev staff to manager in the blink of an eye.
He wants to test people skills, management skills, leadership skills, etc. in order to make sure that Era doesn't end up with a bum manager.

He's not going to rush and make a decision; he's taking the best route he can right now, building an administration from the bottom up.
