What made me say no is you suggested they be permanent weapons.
Maybe they could be permanent weapons, but on bunker only, because just like all weapons you find on bunker, you only use on bunker.
Wouldn't that be an idea?

No.
The concept of Bunker is that you only start off with a combat knife. If you go "Oh, AND this" you eliminate the thing that sets it apart from all the other planets.
