You'd think one of the requirements to test on Zone Debug would be to speak english well..

We had several people test it and we actually did fix a few bugs along the way. It is entirely understandable that we missed some. I've been playing the new Elder Scrolls game and I've noticed a few glitches and bugs.

Their devstaff is hundreds of times bigger than ours and even they miss a few things.

But i'm sure they would notice the over powered weapon *cough* The helicopter *cough* and change it before release? Along with not putting extremely over powered weapons in to the game for real money *cough* Assault pistols *cough* and change it before release. I understand you can miss SOME, but obivous ones is just completely retarded.

We did think we tested everything and did everything, but obviously we didn't. Which is why I was asking you how would we know for sure in the future, since you seem to know everything.

Actually I'm not sure about the Helicopter, myself. I wasn't so involved with the "testing" so I can't say much about that one.

I was under the impression we were nerfing that godforsaken weapon. I suppose the devstaff is still crippled.

Graal has a very nifty little trick, it has no need for patches of any sort and stuff can be uploaded there and then on the spot when staff feel the need to do so. If we went ahead and tested every little bug that we thought could occur, we would be there for days on end. Releasing it to the public is a good idea so that we could get feedback and make edits and fixes here and there. The community is basically being used to iron out any imperfections and that's a completely fine method, heck Microsoft are even doing that with vista.

That other kind of stuff is purely down to the...less 'capable' hands of Stefan who unfortunately has no idea what constitutes as a balanced weapon.
