Bunker released!

After a long wait, the new Zone map is complete!

Bunker is an exciting new map filled to the brim with action! Rather than having set classes, everyone starts off with a combat knife. You must gather item boxes that can be found in tents and bunkers, or kill players to make them drop their weapons.

The goal of bunker is to lower the opposing teams energy stations hp to zero. Capturing the bases spread out on the map will do this. Also, if your team has more bases than your opponent, your energy station will recover its hp while your opponents loses hp.

The more the merrier, everyone is welcome to come and try out this new addition to Zone! Please feel free to contact any staff member with your feedback about the new map. Remember, your opinions will help us further improve future updates!

Sounds sort of like King of the hill/Classic Deathmatch.

Alex, you need to be more specific. You can't just throw out "some glitches" and expect us to put together the pieces to your little puzzle.

What glitch? Where on Bunker does this happen? You have to answer questions like these when you make a statement such as that.

I didn't stay on long enough to see but how are the weapons unlocked? When you unlock a weapon can you still use your previous weapons?

If you played the orginial Doom, it would be like that. Basically you walk around having to find better weapons. If you die, your weapons will drop and a different person will take over.

It's an awesome planet with awesome gameplay. The battlefield map itself needs a bit of fine-tuning because it isn't very nice to look at or navigate through.

You start with a combat knife and you pick up other weapons from itemboxes as you go. If you pick up a golden itembox you can use all your gelat/shop/event weapons.

Weapons reset after every round (removed from your character).

There are two, one in the upper right hand corner of the map and one on the bottom left hand corner of the map.

well, somethimes the weps and helis never appear till like 5 minutes later
and i just found out that you can use the sniper...
oh yeah and the helis fail most of the time for me....maybe cuz someone in the other team used it......idk.

When you die do you lose your weapons or do you keep everything you unlocked until the end of the round?

Maybe spawn a few more item-boxes and edit the helicopter a bit (if it hasn't been) other then that looks wonderful.

the planet is awesomely fun when there is no helicopters, i suggest getting rid of helicopters completly, that will make it more fun.

i would also suggest making it an events cycle along with platform and zone wars so it dosent become quickly overplayed.

The first problem is that the Helicopters only spawn 2 at a time. So until you kill the person using it and/or destroy the helicopter itself, another will not spawn.

If you activate a weapon in the dropship you can use it on the field. A little glitch that'll be fixed soon.

"Fail"? What do you mean?

@ Az, you drop all your weapons when you die except your combat knife.

You still can. Press m when you warp in and it goes away.

I would say town the heli down, I mean its hard to take a helicopter out with knives since the person just has to hover over your base for easy win

1.) It is difficult to comprehend because you are incapable of using complete sentences. We can't read your mind (witholding further comments to avoid a flame war <3).

I think the dropship was Crono's old creation..not sure about the other stuff, other than that the battelfield looks like Alpha. I wasn't involved much in the development of it, other than when Dan would call me over to Debug to show off new additions to it.

so they've been lazy 100 times which averages to about 33.3 times per person if its only the three you are talking about, that's not that much actually pretty active

More weapon spawns
Make helicopters attackable with knifes
Some sort of anti base lame system(such as if x amount of enemies at base with x amount of teammates with each side having x amount of weapon boxes having been picked up anti-lame activates)
Honestly, its annoying when everyone on your team only has knifes and are being lamed while the enemy has both helicopters

The jeep was HerrChris's creation. The helicopter was Sayain's creation.
The levels were made by Crono and I made a few minor edits (Adding light effects)
Dan made the levels on the GMAP, and scripted everything along side Stefan.

Just found a strange bug. i had been hit by dart gun and went in a tent, but couldn't exit till poison had worn off.

Hows it non-gold unfriendly? Gold members can't use any weapons except for Combatknife as well, unless they find a Gold Box (unlikely).

Hmm I don't think so, while players are on the map their all the same Class (Class meaning Scout/Commando/Marine ect). Your speed is determined by your class so I think everyone would run the same speed.

You may be right though, lets race some time :].

maybe to counter choppers you could make some kind of anti-aircraft turret.

also since there are weapon pickups, how about armour pickups, maybe pickups that add special effect statuses.

took me 5 minutes.

also this planet sucks to the fact that people keep laming you with a gun and you a knife.
kinda irritating and stupid.
