I agree. 4th gang = what he said. But only one gang can be active that has resulted from a party. For another party to become a gang it must overthrow that gang.

I think rather he should devote that time to giving the gangs some character. Maybe even each gang has some attributes unique to them that gives them a different advantage.

Also another brilliant idea, Gang radios, Squad leaders can be like "Ok raiding party one over to X, or support team come in and do revives/give out bandaids"

Another Excellent Idea, 3 gangs but with Classes/jobs system in the gang. To give members roles, like support, heavy weapons, medic, runner?. Doesnt have to give them any advantage its just to give gang remembers roles. It would be great for players who cant pk due to crappness or lagg that plagues most overseas players and gives newbies a foot in the door so they can be part of a gang and work there way up.

Another average idea, Gang (compulsory) uniforms! easy way to individualize. gangs!
