well enhanced pulsar would need to be adjusted a bit as you get hurt by 5 dmg sometimes and 20 dmg sometimes, it's a bit buggeh, it's just some freeze of some weapons. to be honest photon is pretty balanced, but a lower range would be better considering a few hits rape you and theres too many photon nubs on zone right now

About EP, 1 shot = I think 2-3 bullets? Not sure..idk, cuz when you look at it after it moves out more it seperates into 1/3 shots or something.
