Well, most Era staff, Icarus, Frankie, etc. won't even answer pms of suggestions. Icarus is usually AFK, I haven't seen him do much, no offence Icy, I see Demisis away for sometime, and PR's are the only people who actually work on the server... It just gets annoying, REALLY.

Funny, because I'm always commented on how well I answer PMs compared to other staff. Trust me. I read every PM I get. If I don't like the suggestion I probably won't reply. If it sparks my interest I will continue to talk about it.

The only thing PRs do is upload heads which most of them hardly do. They also act as GPs and right now Era's GP team is noticeably slacking. You've got everything mixed up it seems. lol
