Err... it's VERY simple to just do a tile check? Why load 20+ NPCs that are JUST for bushes/signs and crap when they can simply be a tile?

NPC's drastically raise the load time of a level, especially when there are large amounts of NPCs in the level. It is also odd to be walking around and entering a level and having all those bushes just appear a few seconds after you enter.

You kidding? They're awesome. You just have to make sure you don't have too much, otherwise it goes on forever, and then it might get bad.
Getting drunk* is just great, I'm so glad they have hundreds of bars on graal, but at least classic had the nerve to make you drunk (although didn't npulse have something like that a while back?).
