Not quite. The Windows CE API handles
a lot of things differently. A large amount of the code would have to be rewritten to make even simple things work, as well as Direct3D Mobile being pretty cut down, and also that a lot of Windows Mobile devices don't have graphics accelerators (Intel 2700G for instance) so it would be horrendously slow.

It would maybe be more worthwhile seeing if you can write some sort of C# RC interface and see if Stefan is prepared to put the networking code into it afterwards. A whole client port is not that straight-forward.
