Jesse agrees. Zone really isn't user friendly. It took me weeks to figure out extremely simple things. How to dual weild for example.

I didn't tell you that. I had no repurcussions what so ever for anyone intending to become FAQ that was already an ET.

If you are FAQ, you will not be allowed to apply for ET. If you intend to become an ET, you must quit your position (As FAQ) and after six months you can apply to be an ET. Dan will fire you if you do become an ET. (Before that six months)

Mainly accessibility. Nothing is explained, and what is, isn't very obvious.

Perhaps the first thing your little guide should say is, "Click me for more instructions!" which lead to the tips/tricks/instructions menu.

Oh, and stop sending me the PM when I log on that tells me I'm on Graal Zone. That is so annoying.

It would be cool if the guide could have a little menu with tips, tricks, and instructions. Someone should pester Dan about that.

PMs are annoying to get on login. Why? Because even if you read them, they continue to pop up every time you log on.

Implement some sort of news feature that only pops up when there is new news, and once the player has read it, does not pop up until there is more new news.

thats not a good enough persuasion to get me to read it.
