Lack of Organization?

Symphonia: in short answers.

• Do you have a "design document" on the server you work on?
  
  We have a list of things to do, a basic design, but as our idea's form we add them pretty quickly.
  
  
• Do you have meetings or something like that to talk about new stuff or what could be changed?
  
  We have no meetings, though moments like these occur frequently in RC.
  
  
• Do you have artwork/pre-scripting things (in terms of design) about GUI's, Graphics, etc?
  
  Yea.
  
  
• Do you have a timeline?
  
  No.
  
  
• Do you have a plan of the server?(kinda like question1 xD)
  
  Yes.
  
  
• Has your server a general art/tiles/gui style or do all guis/tiles/arts have another style?
  
  We try to keep it all relatively the same.
