Rc Downloading

When I try to download any file from any folder in the rc file browser, I get the error in the attachment.
Then the rc closes...so, whats going on?
I redownloaded rc, I tried to re download the graal client, but it said all files were fine, and wouldnt let me.

Uninstall Windows Defender.

If you don't have Windows Defender, there are some manifest files that fix those problems, let me look for them...
