But here's an actual question, what will you do to CP to make it not terrible? Ever since our pal Alan left I personally found it to become less active and less enjoyable to lolrp with and pk.

You can't really, it's not in his hands. Try getting an active kingdom with a player count of 15 with 12 of those being in Forest.
