This appears to be a more common problem than anyone here may realize. I know of others from many different isp's with many operating systems that have the same issue. Unfortunately its a random problem thats impossible to duplicate. Its like that car that will only act up when you don't want it to. For anyone else trying to find it the silly thing refuses to break. Its not even consistent for the users themselves. For some of them I've been told about it ends up fixing itself after months.
