I agree with Luda, they do seem flat when angled. I'm unsure about the perspective too, but that might be because of the angled directions.

Well here's an actual update. It's rough right now, but I think the basic shaping is good enough.
I think the contrast between the front and diagonals may be a bit too much(diagonals too dark)... I'm trying to do this without adding colors, though.

Though I'd try my hand at redoing the baddies to fit this tileset. It's not finished, as you can see(he's missing an arm, but don't tell him that).

Those are really cool, but I think the sword should be changed, I always wondered why they had a scimitar?

Also would be cool to see them with the helmet visors down.

The template of the default baddies... really, there's no need for me to try to fit the template but I'm doing so anyways. His versions look a lot more vertical than mines, which I think changes their look drastically.

What look/feel? You haven't posted anything about my baddies... heh, and I don't know how his baddies could fit the tileset anymore than mines, when they're basically just mines with some edits.

Ye, I kinda thought the same. Angelu's ones are pretty cool, but most likely too tall, and the style is similar if not the same as Dusty's.

i thought dustys aren't finished because i dont saw any legs or arms or what ever :O the sword was flying around

mine are not graal style yeah but graal style sucks and pls dont come that graal style is = zelda style thats not true

Something I said earlier in this thread which practically made no sense and I really didn't know what I was talking about at the time either. But I just know the idea is still there. The point is that I like the way it matches your blocky cliffs.

Yeah, I totally prefer those ones. But it would be bad if the baddies were significantly taller than everyone else. They'd have to be super-strong to make up for it or something. And have some story of being some tribe of strong warriors, or everyone else would have to be children.

Or all the other bodies could be made so that it fits. And anything else that has to be changed.... But I doubt he wants to shape everything else around baddies x.x

Nope, they weren't finished, but only missing arms. The foot was hidden behind the sword, and the legs are under drapes(skirt thing).

As for Graal style != Zelda style... well, Graal's default graphics are just Zelda graphics reworked, but you're right. My tileset, however, is a lot different than Graal's style, and leans more towards a Zelda style.
