Yeah it does tile correctly, but when looking at it each rock looks almost the same as the others. Maybe you could have some bigger rocks and some smaller ones?

As for the SD3 style of tiles I just felt like posting what was on my mind, lol.

Making some bigger and some smaller would create even more tiling issues. When trying to make your tiles break repetitiveness the best way is to avoid unique shapes and objects, and make everything in the tile look as similar as you can. This way, you're not seeing the same one big rock every tile, and instead seeing all the rocks.
