Sometimes. Usually not even when big things go on. At least for GK ...

You have to understand that there is so few development staff that I can count them on the buttons of my mouse. I'm working, but it's slow going.

I know, I know, I realize that few people are working on GK.

Perhaps they need to open scripting positions or whatever needs to be done, though I'm guessing scripting is the majority.

The application forum doesn't really work well since people don't really realize to apply, plus there is no standard for applications.

Working on GK requires a lot of experiences... working on GK. I'm personally not going to hire someone and wait for them to learn, especially when most people that play this game are moody and will go "oh u sed meen things 2 me. leevn now bai".
