Alchemy Recipes...

What shop is the best to find alchemy recipes? Seems all that ever spawns is 'pile of philosophical salt'.

Mainly trying to find 'Dust of Piercing Vision'.

They spawn at random, some with better chances than others

That I know. Was just curious if one shop had a better chance of spawning them over another is all.
