Most likely you or someone that "hacked" your account was probally the one doing all the hacking yesterday on Ircia.
I would definetly send a support ticket to: http://www.support.graalonline.com
And log in/ sign up, whatever. And create a new ticket in the category it falls under, most likely.. "Bans" Then a PWA will get to it.
